Climate change is not a future problem but a present one that must be tackled now, concludes the latest chapter of the climate report, released by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday April 6, 2007.

The second chapter of the IPCC’s 4th Assessment takes a comprehensive assessment of the current scientific knowledge of the natural vs. human drivers of climate change, the ability of science to attribute changes to different causes, and projections for future climate change.
